This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for orders placed with Sarvana Parottas through our website. It applies only to Sarvana Parottas orders.
Cancellations
We begin preparing your food soon after your order is confirmed, so cancellation is not always possible. If you need to change or cancel an order, please call us as early as you can on 098432 13311 and quote your order details. If preparation has already started, we may be unable to cancel it.
Please check your items, quantities and delivery address before you confirm. If you have a question before ordering, our team is happy to help.
In exceptional situations, such as an ingredient being unavailable or an unforeseen emergency at our kitchen, we may cancel an order ourselves. If we do, we will let you know and refund any amount you have already paid.
When a refund may be given
- Your payment was deducted but your order was not confirmed.
- We cancel your order or cannot fulfil it.
- An item is missing, incorrect, or there is a genuine quality problem with what was delivered.
Because freshly prepared food is perishable, it cannot be returned. For a missing, incorrect or unsatisfactory item, please contact us promptly after delivery with your order details and, where useful, a photo. Each request is reviewed case by case, and we may offer a refund, a credit or a replacement.
Payment deducted but order not confirmed
Sometimes the bank takes time to confirm a payment to us. If your money was deducted and you did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us with your payment reference. If the order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. After we process a refund, the time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider. We will tell you when a refund has been initiated.
